Orders will be processed and shipped within three business days. Buyer will be sent a tracking number via email once the package has been shipped. Cuffs is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Returns & Refunds:
All Vintage items, Shoes, Accessories and Sale items are a FINAL SALE.
New garments can be returned within 10 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us via email before the item is shipped. The garment must be unworn and all tags must be attached.
Buyers are responsible for shipping costs on any refused or undeliverable shipments.
Refunds do not include shipping, handling or customs fees.
FIT GUIDE
Shopcuffs' stock includes a wide array of labels and brands, both new and vintage. For this reason it is difficult to provide a standard sizing chart. Each item description includes the size worn by the model and measurements for that particular size.
All measurements are taken with garments laying flat and are then doubled for the bust, chest, waist and hips.
POINTS OF MEASURE:
A. BUST - measured armpit to armpit, across the front of the garment.
B. WAIST - measured across the narrowest point in the center of a dress, or at the top of a skirt or pants.
C. HIPS - measured at the widest point below the waistline
D. LENGTH - measured for the highest shoulder point of the garment to the bottom hem.
A. SLEEVE LENGTH - measured from shoulder seam to end of sleeve (from collar seam for dolman and raglan styles).
B. SHIRT LENGTH - Measured from highest shoulder point of the garment to bottom hem.
C. CHEST - Measured from armpit to armpit across the front of the garment.
D. SHOULDERS - Measured from should seam to shoulder seam across the back of the garment.
A. INSEAM - Measured from crotch seam to bottom of hem.
B. LENGTH (pants/shorts/skirts) - Measured from top of waistband to bottom of hem.
