Shipping & Returns
All orders will be processed and shipped within two business days. In the case of further delays, Cuffs will notify you via email. You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number from USPS once your order has shipped. Delivery times will vary based on your delivery address and the shipping option you select, however orders shipping within the United States typically take 2-5 business day and international orders typically take a minimum of 6-10 business days, unless express delivery is specified.
Remember, you can always check the status of your order by logging into your account.
Buyers are responsible for shipping costs on any refused or undeliverable shipments.
Cuffs is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!
*International orders will be given a tracking number from USPS, however for some international shipments your tracking number may not work once the package has left the United States. This is rare, but as with all shipments, Cuffs will receive a delivery confirmation once your order has arrived to you safely.
Buyers are responsible for all applicable customs fees, taxes and duties. Cuffs is required to state the full value of your purchase on the exterior or your package.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
All Vintage items, Shoes, Accessories and Sale items are a FINAL SALE.
New garments can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please notify us of your return via email (contact@shopcuffs.com).

Returned garment must be unworn, unwashed and the original tags must be attached.
Cuffs will notify you via email once your package has been received and your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
Refunds do not include shipping, handling or customs fees.
